Contacted Floyd Electrical Services to repair a ceiling fan. They were able to come out the next day. The serviceman was nice, fast, and professional. Will definitely use them again.

The guys at Floyd Electrical Services are great. They are professional, respectful, and know very well how to do their job. I used them to wire several recessed lights in my basement as well as remove current ugly lighting. They removed all old wires that were not to code and cleanly installed all new wiring for lights. To me quality is important when it comes to work done in my home, I am never disappointed with these guys.

I want to start this review by saying Floyds may be a great electrical service that could provide excellent value, unfortunately we were never able to find out due to scheduling issues. The company provided a great quote over the phone for the work we wanted done. We were excited about them doing the work but wanted a firm quote before scheduling service. So we waited ten days for an appointment to provide the firm quote only to have nobody show up. We called and were apologized to and supposedly rescheduled for the next day, again nobody showed up. This time we were told it would be a week before service could be scheduled again. I understand that construction and the services market have been busy in Austin so we figured we would try. Well a week passed and again no electrician. At this point we were apologized to profusely and promised a text containing a manager's number who would rectify the issue.
