I chose Molitor Electric after asking around for the best electrician in Austin and repeatedly getting them as the response. After using them for an electric service upgrade, I see why everyone that has used them has such a positive response. They are professional, clean, respectful, on time, everything that you expect when you are having someone come to your house and perform work for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
