Ideal Aircare

AC went out on a Friday leading into another 100+ degree weekend. Ideal Aircare was out at our house exactly when they said they would be and they were very professional. We were back up and running in less than 30 minutes with a simple fix. What a great experience.

Wonderful experience all around. Ideal Aircare diagnosed my problem and fixed it the day before a very cold Christmas Eve. Thankfully their swift diagnosis meant they could get the part they needed before the holiday. The technician was friendly and professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. The owner dropped by himself to deliver the part. They also were the only company I called that morning that had a real live person answering the phone! Heat went out and called on. Saturday morning. They came out within a few hours only to miss the supply store hours (despite having two full hours before they closed to get a part). Pushing our repair two full days to Monday. Turned out they were wrong about what the problem was and still charged a $125 service visit charge for a 10 minute visit. I won’t use them again.
