100% system replace + duct upgrade to improve R-value. Job took 3 days. The team was professional and courteous. They did their best to be clean. They treated my wife with respect and kindness (which I greatly appreciated). We are happy to have a new system installed. Old system was on its way out. Rather than putting band aid on an old system we decided to replace and upgrade. We've only had this one for less than a week and so far it is performing great. Very honest and great service. I wanted to cool down an area in my house that doesn’t have an attic, originally they send a guy who said we have to do a mini split, which is very expensive. Then the owner came over to assess the situation and came up with a way to wire the duct over through the wall. It saved me from this past crazy summer thanks a lot.
