100% system replace + duct upgrade to improve R-value. Job took 3 days. The team was professional and courteous. They did their best to be clean. They treated my wife with respect and kindness (which I greatly appreciated). We are happy to have a new system installed. Old system was on its way out. Rather than putting band aid on an old system we decided to replace and upgrade. We've only had this one for less than a week and so far it is performing great.
