From the first phone call, the staff was wonderful. The receptionist got us scheduled quickly and was so pleasant. The fee to come out was reasonable compared to other companies I called as well. The technician who came out to service our unit was top notch! The inspection was thorough and he was able to diagnose and fix an issue we’ve had since the builders installed the unit in 2020. Radiant Plumbing did a major plumbing job for us. We are very happy with the results and the relief of knowing we will not have to face constant repairs every 2 years as we had been. Marcel Lavallee and Matt Ford were the two who installed and replaced our old grinder pump system. They both did a phenomenal job, and I can't say enough. Marcel's expertise and years of experience with the system, along with Matt Ford doing the phenomenal job they both did. They are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous. I was having water heater troubles, and Radiant helped majorly! My hot water had been out for the weekend, and Radiant was very quick to find someone to come out within a few days. Preston arrived right on time, even a little early, and found the problem very quickly. He helped me pick out a new water heater and explained the pros and cons of each selection and answered my questions kindly. We got my choice picked out and he installed it very quickly and efficiently. He had everything all ready to go in his truck!
