Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing

When technicians don't feel like working they tell you it's not possible or not worth the price. Prices are extreme (charging over $100 for removing some water from the drip tray is outrageous). The job was done poorly and came undone within 2 days. This is the 2nd 4-hour appointment and they are late again. I miss the old company before Stan's took over. We had Stan's out to do a furnace inspection/tune-up ahead of winter, and I was so pleased with our service. Brandon called when he was 15 minutes out and showed up with a smile. Only had to wait 2 days to get someone out to create an estimate for a system replacement. Mike was prompt, quick, professional and gave us a bid within a few minutes. Everything he told us checked out. No B.S. The installers were early, something that rarely happens these days. They were quick, professional and replaced the entire system within 4 hours. The work they did was unbelievably perfect in my opinion. No short cuts. Actually felt that they went the extra mile to do it right. The unit we landed on was the dual speed Carrier model and so far, we love it. It's ultra quiet and maintains a constant temp. Plus, I've been able to kick it up to 78 during the day and feel perfectly comfortable. Before, I had to keep it at 75-76. Doesn't sound like a huge difference, but I know my electric bill will tell the tale. In the end, our experience with Stan's was first-rate.
