Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing

Gabriel from Stan’s came out on a Thursday night when I couldn’t get anyone else. We had a gas leak in the garage. He stayed late and got the water heater gas turned off. Gabriel and his assistant came the next day and replaced the water heater. He was friendly and courteous! The price in the end was reasonable. I recommend Stan’s based on our experience. Our two story home has one AC unit. Some rooms are cold, some are hot, it's horrible. Called Stan's to come evaluate our situation. They were able to tell us how much airflow we were getting in each room, which was very eye opening. We ended up having them redo all the duct work and install dampers along with an additional thermostat upstairs. For the first time in 28 years in this house, I can feel cool air on the stairwell. We're still working through a few kinks (just two weeks after install), but I could not be more pleased. This is a company that audits their own work, and quickly fixes anything that wasn't done up to par. They are responsive, fairly priced, and seem genuinely interested in making sure you are pleased with their service. And while we picked the most expensive option to solve our problems (because I'm old and tired of being hot in this house!), they offered plenty of solutions, and factored in rebates to make sure we were getting the best deal. As stated,

I called one evening-after business hours (a severe leak in the upstairs unit threatened our ceiling and the wood floor.) Stan’s representative was so kind and understanding. She said she’d try to squeeze me in the next day. She did and by 10;15 am, the work was completed by a pleasant and professional serviceman. With the heat we are experiencing, I know they were very busy and I appreciated the care and fast response. Stan’s did a great job installing two new units 3 years ago.
