My partner and I recently purchased our first home in March of 2021. With the market being as insane as it is, it was incredibly overwhelming when we learned we needed to replace our entire breaker panel and change all outlets/switches to CopAlum. After calling over 4 places (to no response or being ghosted) before finding Raptor, I was feeling hopeless. Once I found and called Raptor Electrical Services, they were at our property explaining the best way for us to (affordably) rectify these issues. We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.
