Service was fine, but the pricing was egregious. $495 to flush a tankless water heater?! Admittedly, I paid the price this time since they were already at my home and charge a $90 fee even if no work is done (which is obviously why this fee exists), but they are playing the short game. I was a customer for this one day, but I’ll never use them again. Look elsewhere to get the same quality work for half the price. It just feels awful to get ripped off.
We were experiencing a strange odor from our bathroom. Turns out the issue was as simple as running the water in our tub (which is separate from the shower). While he was there, Dominic walked through our home to learn if we had a water filter for our home (we don't) and where preventative maintenance (PM) would occur on an annual basis if we were to opt in. I appreciated the information, timeliness and responsiveness. We will probably opt into the PM program. We haven't had any major issues yet but... that's kind of the point of the program!
