Employed Reliant to replace my 2 old school water heaters with one efficient tankless water heater. System worked great for about a year. Had Reliant come out and diagnose. Technician Evan Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable, and figured out the water heater was working perfectly fine, we had a pressure issue that was related to our 13 year old pressure reducing valve, and some clogged fixtures in the house. Evan went through every water fixture in the house and cleaned out the screens, arranged for a replacement of the pressure reducing valve, and got us back in business! Really enjoyed all of my experiences so far with Reliant, spectacular customer service being at the forefront! Highly recommend reliant for all of your plumbing needs.
