Fantastic service from booking to completion. This was the best service I have ever received from a plumber/plumbing company. The on-site plumber was Peter Ortega, he was fast, thorough, extremely competent and clean. He had very professional demeanor the entire time he was in our home and was polite and friendly. Additionally booking was amazing. I booked online at night, got a phone call from the office about 1 hour later. And was seen by Peter the next day. The office and Peter were both amazing to communicate with and kept me informed for appointment status the whole way through. Zack was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to look at every issue i mentioned, and talked me through the underlying causes of my recurring plumbing problems, offering both temporary and long-term solutions. He did a great job at addressing all of my issues and talking through a plan for a potential bigger fix in the future that I could discuss with with his supervisor. I’m extremely happy with the service I received!
