Mark did a great job with removing the clog in our sink and answering all my questions. He also did a great job at explaining the problem and how we can avoid it in the future. UPDATED: After my one-Star review, I heard from Roto-Rooter. They took my complaints seriously and quickly responded. They sent Oscar to my house, and he took the time to show exactly what was going on in my sewer line and patiently answered all my questions. They also gave a repair estimate for half of what the other guy said. I’m changing to five stars because Roto-Rooter took me seriously, made things right, and treated me fairly. Patrick came out to our house to unclog a sewer line. He was prompt and did a great job. Overpriced, but he got the job done. If that’s where it ended, I’d give five stars. Next came Daniel with his camera. He said the line was partially collapsed and needs immediate repair. When I asked to see the video, he said the company doesn’t allow that — like my sewer is some guarded proprietary super secret! When I asked for a picture, he again said no. Said they’d have to dig down five feet, OSHA would have to get involved, and they’d have to shore up the ditch
