Greedy company, stay away from them. I got a referral from my brother to take have the a/c looked at since the A/C would go on and off. I wasn't home and my elderly parents were home and are not fluent English speakers. They quoted and charged almost $500 to clean the primary drain for a clog. Took less then 30 min to get done. I understand companies charging for services, but this was way too much and they took advantage of my parents lack of knowledge. I would not have agreed to this ridiculous price. They offered $12 off of our original bill... Wow.. i have a social media account and will talk more about this experience to my followers. Austin TX residents needs to stay away from them at all cost.
Had appointment set up. They called the day of the appointment and stated many employees called off and couldn't get to me that day. Said they could do the next day. I was like that's fine. Next day the window came and went. Never showed or called. Lost my business. I'll look elsewhere.
Once the professional arrived at our home, he quickly diagnosed the problem and knew how to fix it. He was professional and worked with us to schedule the final work. The difficulty was in the Call Center that is no doubt a contracted service. It requires persistence to get to speak to someone beyond the call center. I would suggest that ARS take a hard look at this service and hold them more accountable or get a different service. It is costing them business.
