Water heater failed in the middle of the night early Friday morning. We found this company through Lowe's and contacted them. An employee came out on Saturday and explained options and provided an estimate. Technician (Corey) came on Sunday morning and removed old unit and replaced with a new one. See photo. Very pleased. The service people are friendly and sincerely care about their work, but the attention to detail suggests upper management does not put a priority on quality. After the original problem free grinder pump needed replacing after 26 years, the new grinder pump has had operation problems every week since installation. The latest issue was that after fixing a faulty float, the breaker was left open in the panel so there was no power to the pump. Sewage overflowed into my neighbor's yard. These guys need to consider how they are managing the business if they want to keep mine. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
