This was basically a perfect experience from the initial call to setup a quote to the finished job. The advisor explained what the problem was and gave several options to fix it. On the day of service, Even though the technician experienced a flat tire on the way to the job, he called and told me there would be a delay, they showed up ready to work, very courteous and respectful. Explained all that they were doing and why they needed to do it. Then the service advisor came after the work was done to make sure everything was done correctly and it was. Very satisfied with the entire experience. I was concerned because of some of the negative reviews, but the guys who showed up to my home were top notch professionals. We had a main sewer line blockage that backed up water in our bathrooms leaving us with no working bathrooms and unable to use our waterline. It happened last night and this company was the only emergency service that was responsive in getting us an appointment as soon as possible. Cameron, our tech/ plumber showed up ready to work. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way. He got the issue resolved efficiently. I am highly satisfied with the service I received. Water heater failed in the middle of the night early Friday morning. We found this company through Lowe's and contacted them. An employee came out on Saturday and explained options and provided an estimate. Technician (Corey) came on Sunday morning and removed old unit and replaced with a new one. See photo. Very pleased.
