We were extremely pleased with Strand brothers service! Our AC was broken for four days and we called them to get a second opinion on what the issue was. Sam Marquez correctly diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand, gave us a coupon to use for services, and gave an additional discount when we signed up for a membership. Been working with Strand Brothers for the past 5 years. Their technicians are excellent. Today I had Samuel here for my A/C maintenance and he found my A/C leaking Explained to me about my options. Did a thorough job. Very knowledgeable. Also had my water tank drained and cleaned by Aldo. Checked my water pressure valve also. I have never had any technicians trying to make any short cuts or pushing any service that was not needed. Very satisfied

After the work was completed, the plumbing team at Strand Brothers worked with my insurance company and completed the form they requested and answered their questions in a timely manner.
