If you have any heating or air requirements Steve is your guy. Talk about a legend, this guy is reliable, honest, kind, and literally just an all around great person. We bought an OLD home and the next day our AC went out. I called several AC people and Steve showed up within 2 hours, fixed it and explained everything. A couple weeks later we had some more issues in the night. I text him and he came out after 10 o clock to repair it and then refused to accept any money. I couldn't believe it. I should specify the issue was unrelated to the previous work. He was like a blessing in disguise with all the good dad vibes reminding me to close my garage when he left. His wife even called to remind us to shut it that night. A few more weeks pass and we call him back cause our electric bill was insanely high, first bill cause were new in the house and we wanted him to make sure nothing was funny with the attic ducts etc. Checks it out and diagnosed the problem instantly.
