They were quick to come out. Got the part fairly fast and fix the problem at a reasonable price.
This company should be ashamed of themselves. To treat a customer that bought a new AC/ heat unit from them that within 3 years every part in the unit had stopped working and had to be replaced. I'm still having issues with the AC working and have ask for help and support. Just to find out action aire will NO longer service my unit that is still under warranty. I'm completely lost for words
I called after hours one evening. The next day when they opened for business I received a call back. The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and was very congenial. My fix was simple. I would reccommend Robbin and Action Aire. Services: A/C system maintenance, Thermostat repair
