I called for an estimate and was asked to email plans and details. I did all that immediately and never got a call back. I called the following week and was told to expect a call back within an hour. It’s been 2 weeks. What a waste of time.
They sell HORRIBLE units here. i WILL NEVER buy any air conditioner units from them ever again. I built a house in 2011 and have had to repair EVERY air conditioner i bought from them SEVERAL TIMES EACH. They blame the manufacturer for inferior parts, replace the part but OF COURSE charge me for labor. When I complain about the quality of parts, they tell me to go talk to the manufacturer. Why cant Sunwave stand by the products they sell? Sunwave loves to sell air conditioning units but doesnt want to deal with issues with selling bad units.
