good people. good company. I talked to was super nice, and helpful. Abraham arrived out to the house, and in no time, arrived back and told me what the issue was. I have to replace my 24 year old furnace. It's a couple days until they can get a new one in, so he gave me some heaters to keep some warmth in the house until then. I have the work agreement where I get HVAC and plumbing services a couple times a year or so for a monthly fee. I had my first work today for an inspection. Griffin was professional and nice and I barely knew he was there while I was working. He gave me a superb rundown on my system, and let me know my furnace filters were way too restrictive, which is nice so I don't have to spend as much money. He let me know what was wrong, what should be restored soon, and didn't push me for a whole new system. We will probably do the repair a little later.
