SquadPro was friendly and thorough when explaining what they offered. In the process they provided photos of our roof so we could see the damages and material samples to decide on color options. Made an appointment with them, I was told they would contact me a few hours in advance and nothing. I called several times and was told they needed to locate the project manager and they would call me back in 10 minutes. I called back 40 minutes later to see the status. Finally someone looked over my insurance claim and quoted me $3k above the cost of the roof without even inspecting the roof. I believe they subcontract the labor. I found another company that was able to do it with the insurance claim w/wind storm certification and no additional fees. I have several properties that I’ve had roofs replaced so I’m familiar with prices. They are way over the cost. Save your money go somewhere else. I do not recommend this company.
