Called and he came in to see our problem. Said they would come at 9:30am next day to start work. Waited all day. No show. No call. No good. Glad he showed his true work ethics before he started his work!
We live in San Antonio Texas and had a vacant rental property that had been 3 months without water in Brownsville Texas. When our new tenants moved in there was a huge water leak in the water heater. We called Mr. Ramirez after hours he and his crew were able to get to our property in about an hour and solve our water leak problem. Service was very friendly and professional.
Marcos responded within an hour to fix our shower. He was thorough, friendly and service was efficient and skilled. Definitely will be adding Ramirez Plumbing to my contacts.
