We had an exceptional experience with GrandChamp Roofing. We got 5 quotes to get our 15 year old roof replaced. Our sales guy, Cody was amazing! Not only did he keep in contact and patiently wait for us to make a decision, he was there EVERYDAY of our roof install making sure all was going well! If you’re interested in getting a roof, I highly recommend Cody spearheading the job - he knows his stuff and has a no pressure approach. We had to delay our replacement due to Covid and they were very accommodating. Showed up and got to work and would have finished the roof in one day if the adjuster had given them the correct shingle count! Roof looks fantastic and the new gutters look great. Highly recommend! Never called me back guess they have to much work. Let's be more specific I called about a bid on a commercial project on July 5 at 3:06 pm said they would have someone contact me but no response.
