We discovered our A/C was out around 7and informed our landlord. A technician was at our house within an hour. We were up and running within an hour of his arrival. He was also very friendly and courteous. Thanks for the help.

The capacitor on our AC stopped working during the heat advisory period. Since this happened on the Sunday before the June 19th holiday and during peak time for AC service calls, we were initially told that the first opening would be Friday. We were surprised and grateful that they were able to work us in on Tuesday, 3 days earlier! The technician who came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had our AC back in working order on Tuesday, 3 days earlier than expected. While at our home, he also inspected to make sure everything else was working well. We are former EcoZapp customers who were at a loss when EcoZapp closed without warning. If I could give zero starts I would. We called the company to only do a full duct and vent cleaning and when they came to do the estimate they offered us serval options and we ended up choosing the one with the most options, which was quiet expensive. The thing is we had to call them serval times to come back because the tape came coming off and our AC not cooling. Still after calling serval times about the tape issue and other problems after when they did the cleaning, our AC was left not working. We have NO AC in the middle of this hot weather! Now we have to buy a whole new system and spent even more! Do not recommend this company at all! Look elsewhere. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
