I had some hail damage and needed to replace the roof and used heritage. Well, I wish I had not. Once they replaced my roof I experienced a couple of leaks (something my roof didn't do even with hail damage), and I called them to get it fixed. Well, each time they came out they said they fixed it and then it still leaked, and then after filling a complain with the BBB they said it was a flashing issue, that they don't do. Well, every time they came out I could never get a straight answer for what they did to fix it, and then workers they sent I was not able to communicate with due to a landguege barrior. Then "fixing" it only made it worse, and they said I would have to lay extra to get them to fix it. Overall a terrible experience and I would not reccomend that you use them. I was initially given a quote that was super expensive, only to say it was too high and then they dropped the price, a red flag I should have seen initially. Had our roof done today. These guys are like ants on an ant hill you just kicked. They are fast and good at installing the roof. Customer service is great too. Cole was our project manager for the job. By the end of the engagement Cole is a friend. Good folks!
