Great service, I believe there parts priceing need to be checked. Make sure you get a price before repairs are done. I paid $291 for just a blower fan $20 capacitor. I have used them in the past and it was reasonable, don't know what happened. I will not use them anymore. Service: A/C system repair
0 Stars. They told my elderly mother that her unit needed to be replaced and it was going to be $16,000! That's when I stepped in and had a TRUST WORTHY person come look at her unit. The issue was that the capacitor had gone out. There was also a moved a wire on the inside unit so that if she did get a second opinion, it would be a challenge for the tech. Her A/C is up and working now no thanks to them!
The service tech was very nice and efficient. He had to add refrigerant to our AC unit. It is only 3 years old and apparently has a leak. The people I spoke with on the phone were also very nice. I am much happier with Mullinix than a previous company we have used and will be using them in the future. Thanks for the great service!
