Tech arrived about 20 minutes past the 2-hr window. Was friendly enough and did a fair job of explaining what he was going to do. After inspecting the system he said everything checked out fine except that the A/C drain line should be cleaned. Offering to “blow “ it out, charged me $118. I had the impression that this was part of the maintenance package I had purchased so was surprised by the added fee and moreover, felt that was pretty expensive for this very simple service. Overall, I think he did a thorough job and was professional in his demeanor. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Had our A/C unit replaced by R.M. Mullinix last summer and they did a great job. Very professional, good with customer service, and they give you lots of options to work with within your budget range. Will continue to use RM for my future AC needs

The service tech was very nice and efficient. He had to add refrigerant to our AC unit. It is only 3 years old and apparently has a leak. The people I spoke with on the phone were also very nice. I am much happier with Mullinix than a previous company we have used and will be using them in the future. Thanks for the great service!
