Cory, Levi, and Julian were outstanding. All around great service and took the extra step to expedite our repair and ensure my pregnant wife could make plans to go out so she wouldn’t overheat during the process. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Called Cool Kings Oct 25, 2022, they sent Levi out to assess the situation. Prompt, professional and friendly. As promised, Levi came out the very next day to change out the warrantied compressor. Levi did his job professionally and very personable. The only downfall is I had asked for a senior discount, as mentioned in their website and he didn't talk much about it, nor was the assessment payment considered as part of payment when Cool Kings was hired to do the job. Levi and Julian came on the hottest week of the summer, they were very helpful, kind, and professional. Made sure that my unit was back up and running and cooling perfectly. They also stayed to triple check that everything else was working following their maintenance and gave me advice to help continue to keep it working smoothly the rest of the summer.
