Fantastic service, my heater had a very obscure problem that was difficult to identify but Maples stuck with it and kept coming out very quickly to get us taken care of, highly recommended! Services: Thermostat repair, Heating system repair
I had an 10:30AM appt time which Brian at the company made with Residential Home Warranty...I followed up with a phone call, and had a good conversation with Brian. I made sure they knew I was in Spicewood, Tx. Waited all morning for them! No Call, No Email, nothing....and could not ever get someone to answer the phone! What a waste of time. I do not recommend this company at all. Their response to my original post was not at all how this experience went.
