Our A/C went out last night, we called multiple places but Nick at ACME responded super fast and said they would try to get to us asap despite a vary busy schedule. They were able to come this afternoon (earlier than anticipated ????). Mike was the tech, very nice and diagnosed/fixed the a/c within 20 minutes. AC stopped blowing cold. Found out the coil was corroded from a aluminum copper coil that came with the new house. Apparently all coils will eventually have to be replaced at around 5 years or so depending on how hard you use it and how often you clean it. Mike was an incredible repair technician very honest not trying to take advantage or upsell services you didn't need. He was on time and very professional got the work done very quickly went through agreed to the services. Definitely go for the maintenance option you get 15% off the services if you do that! Nick came out same day to see why 1 of my units was not cooling. He thoroughly checked both of my units and advised me what my options were.
