The service is horrible and I purchased the service in Oklahoma City since April 12 and we have had a bad experience. The work went wrong from the first time and I called to fix the problem and they did not solve anything, they just told me that they were going to schedule the appointment and They never do it, Mr. Mario's customer service is lousy and rude. I paid everything in cash and I have not received my guarantees, it is not fair that I cannot use my central air that I already paid in full for the lousy service, we are going to proceed with another way because we already married waiting I have been calling Mr. Oscar since November 2022 because I have been having problems with the heating, please can you contact me, thanks Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

A Comfort Services did an amazing job! They were extremely communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue even though it was after 5 when I called. They had to order the part but sent Humberto out shortly after they received it. Humberto was knowledgeable and kind. He worked quickly and expertly to solve the issue. The company rep I had been working with, Oscar, was super nice and even checked in a few times to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, I would absolutely work with them again, I highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system repair
