I called Dandy based on the reviews online my expectations were fully met. Hottest day in July—I was worried we might need to leave the house with 3 large dogs in tow. The crew was professional and even found a couple of things that needed fixing at no extra cost. I was really happy I didn’t have to leave the house which is also my home office. Dandy cleaned my clothes dryer duct. The tech arrived on time. Upon inspection he said my vent was in rather good shape, did not really need a deep clean, and the price would be considerably lower than a full cleaning. As it had not been cleaned for a very long time I opted to pay for the higher cost full sweep. It’s rare to see this kind of honesty with contractors.
