Lex Air have been servicing my AC and heating system for 8 years now. The service is excellent in every single direction. They have been able to keep up the quality of both the technical work and the customer service. Only moderate price increase. Over the last couple of years they used to send to my house Steven. Perfect work. This year the June service was performed by Reece - very good work as well. I would definitely recommend Lex Air.
I submitted a request early in the morning and got a call from them at 8:15 AM, someone was out to check my heating system at 11 AM. Luckily I did not have an issue, but Sal was very helpful and shared some more insight on the system. I ended up purchasing the annual check up for $150. Great deal - a friend told me about her company doing this and it's $380 annually - they will come out in the Summer and Winter for a check, if there's an issue, you get 15% off. They are very proactive about letting you know when there is ways to save money, specials and coupons available. Service: Heating system repair
I can’t express enough how great my experience was with this company. After multiple visits from other AC companies, my technician, David, came out to my property and diagnosed my AC problem after two weeks with no AC in the Texas heat. He then immediately followed up with his supervisor to get the problem resolved as fast as possible. Simply put, David was the best technician of any contractor that I have ever worked with in any industry—hands down. He was professional, courtesy, timely, and exceedingly knowledgeable.
