I submitted a request early in the morning and got a call from them at 8:15 AM, someone was out to check my heating system at 11 AM. Luckily I did not have an issue, but Sal was very helpful and shared some more insight on the system. I ended up purchasing the annual check up for $150. Great deal - a friend told me about her company doing this and it's $380 annually - they will come out in the Summer and Winter for a check, if there's an issue, you get 15% off. We were shopping for a reputable local company to hire to replace our a/c system, and Lex Air checked all the boxes. The rep who came out to assess (Brandon) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and not a pushy salesman. He was able to schedule our new units to be installed the very next day. The installers were on time, clean and professional. Afterwards they showed me everything they had done and even walked me through using the new thermostat, and general maintenance techniques. I can’t express enough how great my experience was with this company. After multiple visits from other AC companies, my technician, David, came out to my property and diagnosed my AC problem after two weeks with no AC in the Texas heat. He then immediately followed up with his supervisor to get the problem resolved as fast as possible.
