Longhorn responded the same day I called, whereas neither Premier or A&E ever called back even after leaving repeated messages! Longhorn arrived next day, analyzed the problem, ordered parts and returned two days later to install them. I'm a happy customer and will use them again! Service: Freezer repair
I bought a fridge n the fridge side wasn't cooling. He said I needed a kit, rhat was 300 n the fridge still didn't cool. Now he saying I need a motor, he said that was 50. Now it's a motor n sensor n price went to 120 plusalmost a 300 labor how is that. U say one thing n then.another. I feel I'm getting low ball by him. Service: Refrigerator repair
Oven light shorted out because of my doing. Called Longhorn Appliance Repair when I left work at 3pm. The repair was completed before I got home 40 minutes later. Paid the invoice via email when I got home. Super easy. My son stated that Jesse was professional and very knowledgeable. Will be using this company for future repairs no doubt.
