Not the first or last time we will have these guys out to our home. They are so responsive and usually can get out same day. Jeremy was at our home today to fix a blockage in our kitchen sink pipes. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very helpful and gave good advice on how to keep our old pipes in good shape! I really appreciate the employees of this company and don’t ever feel like they are rushing me into a decision or convincing me to do unnecessary work. Thank you guys!! Service: Drain cleaning
Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had to use Jim’s Plumbing service due to different plumbing issues in my house. Fortunately Jim’s plumbing was quick to come out and resolve the issue. These guys are top notch and highly professional. They are 100% my go-to plumbers from now.
What a great company! They came out within 48 hours of my phone call. James was very professional and courteous. He explained everything g in great detail and took care of the leak and leak testing all within the same day!!!! Amazing team. I have them on my speed dial now
