Horrible experience getting a new HVAC with Reel-Air. Utter lack of communication throughout the whole process and the install was shoddy. I later had to contract another company to do what they should have done in the first place, such as adding a drain pan, installing a p-trap, getting the right amount of refrigerant pressure, etc. Reel-Air is cheap, but they cut lots of corners, so you get what you pay for!
Excellent and friendly service! Terry's comapany and crew are very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Reel-Air AC & Heating is the only company we will be using for now on.
What great service! Called at 10:30 am today and Terry was at my house by 11:30am and had us fixed up right away. Fair pricing and great service! We Will use this company again.
