Cool Experts just finished repair work on my AC unit and I have nothing but good things to say. The Support/Admin staff I worked with to schedule the job was great, and Cody my technician was amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He updated me throughout the job and got my system up and running in no time! I was in touch with a few different companies and Cool Experts was the fastest, highest quality, and least expensive - very impressed!

Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. I had an appointment to fix my AC. Gave me one next day between 3 and 7pm. The technician arrived at 7 pm. Suggested to replace capacitor and add a hard start. Finished and said you should start having cool air within 30 minutes. We waited 4 hours and the temp in the house was 84. Could not sleep at night because it was so hot. At 3 am, tried to reach out to them to inform them what happened via online chat. The office manager replied at 6.15am saying they schedule me between 2 and 6pm. I said I should have priority since this is not a new job. I was straight forward with her and noticed that she took it personally. I asked to speak with a manager but surprisingly the office manager herself talked to me. I realized then that this business is unprofessional. Instead of helping, she sent the technician at 6 pm. The technician inform me that the compressor is down and need a new AC. Amazing. Cool Experts recently installed a new HVAC and ducts. The quality was there but smaller rooms in the house (the kids rooms) got way too hot. We called and they came out and fixed the problem for free (took them about 3 hours). Overall, I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Great service as a great price!
