We had to replace our water heater and My Team was able to come out same day! Farris (I hope I’m spelling that right) came and uninstalled our water heater, swapped it out for us at the store because it was still under warranty, and reinstalled a new one. Farris was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He did efficient, good work and even cleaned up after! I was so impressed that I asked him for his managers info so I could brag on him! We have also had our HVAC repaired/cleaned/installed and maintained by My Team and everything has always been done well with a fair price. I highly recommend this awesome company. The first repair was on our AC. Stephen was so knowledgeable and quickly fixed our AC. What I really appreciated was he was empathetic to our situation, and I felt went above and beyond to make the repair happen quickly. I was working that day, and he pulled the job off on my lunch hour. Most importantly, he fixed it and the AC has never cooled like this. Very impressed with his knowledge base, and his attention to detail. I missed giving feedback for him, so I did want to say he was awesome! That experience led me to call back for help with our heater. I immediately got a call back and service was set for the next day. Today, the second repair, was on our heater. It would turn on but was not heating at all. Ryan did an excellent job. He was actually early to the appointment, and asked prior if he might could come earlier, which I thought was awesome because it was really cold in our home. The company doesent seem to exist. I’ve tried to reach out but with no outcome. The number listed doesn't work. Background : They replaced the AC coil in my 4 Ton AC last year. The coil had a 10 year warranty and 1 year labor. Within a year I found that my AC isn’t cooling and had to call a different company to look at it( Due to the fact that I didn’t get any response from my team). I was told there may be a leak or an issue with how the coil was installed. Had to again pay to get a refill of Freon. Service: Repair HVAC
