The folks at My TEAM were great. The A/C at my business was not performing well and I called to get someone to look at asap. They came out within hours and did a bit of PM on the roof-top unit. This got it functional but they also noticed that I had weak fans and other potential failures and ask if it was okay to come back and do a detailed inspection. We scheduled the visit for a Monday and wouldn't you know it, the unit failed on Sunday Night. On Monday, the technician arrived I told him it was out. He did his inspection and found the problem (a bad motor, killed the capacitor, and it was not coming on). I have him the okay to repair, he was back in 2.5 hours with the motor and had us back and operational within 1.5 hours of arrival. We just had our A/C replaced this week. After much calling and questions, we settled on them. They were professional, responsive and did an amazing job. They followed all Covid protocols and we felt at ease knowing we made a good decision. They did not try to upsell us on more than we needed. I'm DELIGHTED to have found this company. I'm a property manager, and one that doesn't like to be hot ????. They are so quick, they left absolutely no mess, they reviewed the system with me, and their price was the best after 3 bids (property manager here.) Steven and Rudy were prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also, during snowzilla 2021, my mom and dad had a broken water line that flooded their home and we couldn't get a plumber out for three weeks. Well, My Team came out within two days and had them back up and going. I was so very grateful, my parents are elderly and really suffered without water. Thanks My Team for being there, and for such a great H/VAC system, and one that's QUIET. Now I can enjoy my back porch without having to yell over my air conditioner.
