I am very happy about the service I received from Proven Plumbing. When I requested a quote, they did not send a salesperson like Home Depot did, but an actual professional who subsequently performed the installation. Brian was able to explain all the details to me, and substantiated his recommendation for a higher quality water heater. The overall quote came out almost half the price of the local HD affiliate. The work was completed in some 4 hours, and they even took away the resin tank from my old water softener that was taking space in my garage. Thank you, Brian! And thank you, Proven Plumbing!
