They were able to schedule us quickly for a new hot water heater installation and communication throughout the process was top-notch. Arrived at specified time. Professional and communicative. Jacob was very patient and answered all of my questions. When they found an issue with the repair/install they were doing, they communicated with me clearly and we fixed the additional issue same day. He also provided me with an estimate for another repair. They cleaned up the area as well. Impressed with their service and will call again.

You know that feeling when you first realize you’ve somehow managed to hire really, really good people who are going to give you some expert-level service and practical advice at a reasonable price without any BS? Yeah, that happened to me a couple days ago when Brian from Proven Plumbing was over here. We just bought this slightly dilapidated house. I wanted a good plumber to help with a few fairly minor issues. A leaky faucet here, a wonky toilet there, etc. Brian explained very clearly everything he needed to do, why it was needed, and how much it would cost. He gave me a basic plumbing lesson or two while he was working so that maybe next time I could DIY some of the things he was doing as opposed to calling a plumber. He gave me a professional evaluation of the water heater and some of the other plumbing-related equipment and explained that it was totally fine.
