The rep was very polite, very knowledgeable, came out in a timely manner, the communication between dispatch was great, and he did a very good job. That parts of the experience I’ve mentioned were top notch. The reason I’m giving a 3 Star rating is that the price was really, really high. I’m willing to pay high prices for exceptional service but the price was really quite high. Almost $700 to replace a cartridge in the shower. That’s punishing, TBH Service: Plumbing
