I have had some pretty bad experiences with plumbers. This plumber came out and arrived on time (that’s a good sign). Then he looked and the issue but before he began he asked me a bunch of questions about the issue (that’s another good sign). After he listened to my answers, he walked me through in terms I could understand what he was going to do. (yet another good sign!) After that, he went and fixed it. After that, the explained how the job had went. He explained in detail the invoice, and then he gave me his information in case the issue came up again. I was shocked. Great plumber.

Cedar Park Plumbers came out and cleaned out a drain for us and gave a quote for another plumbing project. Peter was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this company again!

I managed to get a spot on the program for the next day. By discussing a few things that I could prepare on my own before the plumber returned a few days later, the plumber who came out helped me save a lot of money. He gave me two quotes: one with me doing the preparation work and the other without. As a result of them handling the preparation, it was almost 50% greater. I chose to conduct the preparation, and when they arrived, they completed the repair fast and according to their quotation. I liked the possibility of semi-DIY. Never before had that been offered.
