The Roof Joker

Back in February we had a leak and called Kanga. They came out and gave us a quote that was astronomically high so we decided to give The Roof Joker a Call for another quote. The owner and Shaun came out the next day and explained their cost and repair work. The ice storm hit which put everyone behind but the owner was very communicative about when they would be out for the repair. They even sealed some exposed nails and other minor fixes for no charge while up there. Fast forward 4 months and we are moving out and needed some other minor sealing done. Shaun came out the same day and explained since we were a repeat customer that they wouldn’t charge us for his time and work. My husband insisted but he declined and even sent us a report of the work he did. Shaun went above and beyond for us when he didn’t have to. I cannot believe such an honest company wouldn’t charge since we are a repeat customer but you better believe they will be the first we call in our new home and we will let

Add my 5 stars to these reviews. the Roof Joker has a great video that explains the company's philosophy. Bravo! I've had a somewhat minor gutter issue and no company would even bother to give me estimate because it was too small a job, But too big for me. Jason came by for an estimate, saw how minor the problem was, and repaired it at no cost. I will certainly call them again should I have major gutter issues, and spread the word about their friendly technicians and administrators.

The quality of their workmanship was top-notch, with skilled and attentive crew who completed the project on time and with meticulous attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and their commitment to safety and cleanliness was impressive. I am confident that our clients new roof will provide lasting protection.
