CTX Plumbing & Electrical Company

They replaced washing machine water valves that had corroded and were leaking. The repair was scheduled the day before closing on the sale of the property, but wouldn't you know it ... a winter storm blew in hours earlier than anyone expected. When I explained the situation, the plumbing manager, Austin, hustled to find someone who would still get to us safely and get the repair done. Both crews that came out (to give the estimate and order parts and to do the actual repair) were courteous and professional. Huge kudos to them for getting the job well done under extraordinary circumstances!

Ryan and Adam were the technicians that came out. Extremely professional and friendly. Explained everything upfront and gave me pricing which was very reasonable. I called CTX plumbing on Monday, which was also Labor Day because my hot water was not working. They called me back and scheduled me the next morning! I couldn’t believe it! They were out when they said they would be out and assessed the repair. They had to order a part but they overnighted it and came back out promptly the next day to complete the repair.
