Still Water does an incredible job of taking care of my pool. They always proactively communicate, are on time, provide weekly reporting, and ensure that my pool is crystal clear at all times for my family.
We had a busted pipe from the big freeze and have been without water since 12/24. We called several plumbing companies and no one could get to us until 1/3. After expressing my gratitude about them having appointments he let me know they really didn’t have appointments available- it was most likely a glitch in their system- and he had 17 extra calls today because of it. The fact that they STILL honored those appointments when they truly didn’t have to says everything about this company. Praying we don’t need a plumber again for a long time but if we do, there is a 100% chance we will use them again! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
