Mr. Plumber and their team helped me get a gas permit for a property that needed an inspection in order for the city to approve it. They were very efficient and on time. The price was comparable to other companies, but their professionalism and willing to accommodate a date that worked for both of us really made the difference. I have recommended them to others and they have always get excellent service.
No call. No show. Then had the audacity to lie the next day about not servicing my area. A simple phone call of a delay would have been nice. It was a 30 min fix. I would have gladly paid over $500 for. I would not recommend this company if you need your plumbing repaired by someone who respects you or your time.
I hired Rick Strickland / Mr. Plumber in July 2021 to do a lot of plumbing work at my house. When he was halfway finished with the job, Mr. Strickland requested payment in full and increased the price by 50%. I hired an attorney who, unfortunately, did not represent me well. I ended up paying the full original price for half of the work and signing away all my rights to warranty and workmanship. I made the mistake of filing a complaint with the BBB. Unlike reviews, complaints are secret and not visible to the public. Fast forward to 2023. I hired a new plumber to remodel my bathroom. The remodel includes relocating a toilet. The new plumber cracked the slab and discovered that Mr. Plumber did not properly backfill the trench. I now have an approximately 23' foot long, 3 foot wide, 15" deep cavity running from the center of my house to an exterior wall. I can't show the entire length of the cavity because it's not a straight line. The slab is compromised and I have a very expensive repa
