Chris came to our house today, much earlier than expected which was great! He was very kind, respectful and informative. Fixed our busted pipe straight away. I called Turbo to have my heater checked. Ronnie showed up and spent a good amount of time inspecting the unit and found the problem. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what was going on. He also took the time to show us a few other things that would improve our system and help prevent future issues. I was very appreciative that he thoroughly explained it all and helped us to understand what was going on with our HVAC. I had a great experience and would definitely call and request Ronnie again!
