Airmasters AC, Heat, Plumbing & Electrical

Our thermostat is out and the AC would still kick on while we were waiting for the part but when it stopped we immediately called. Their on-call service sent Josh to our rescue and he was able to get it cooling again. In these long Texas summers we needed the AC and Josh was able to get it going. He was very polite and kind. Luke Sloan at Airmasters has been servicing our ac and heat systems for years now. Owning a business in a service industry myself, I cannot emphasize enough how enjoyable it is to work with Luke. He has ALWAYS had a correct diagnosis the 1st time out with an immediate plan to action that keeps us going. He never tries to sell us a service we don't need (he kept a 60+yr old system alive for us and running great till we up sized out house) and always takes the time to explain options and costs so we feel we are making an educated decision. We hate having AC issues, but knowing we can call Luke out really helps ease the pain. I can't thank you guys enough for always letting me request him.
