Chuck Allen, Cody Loftin, and the whole team are a dream to work with. They are all personable, professional, respectful, and pleasant. I enjoyed the whole process. When my insurance company sent a totally green adjuster, my roofing guys spent two hours on the roof with him showing him how to survey the roof. The adjuster was most appreciative. I highly recommend Rio Blanco. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up and sweeping for nails and bits and pieces. Everything looks great! It was a wonderful experience. They will even do an annual clean out of my gutters for me. Cody and Chuck are also addressing a downspout drainage issue for me. Thanks guys! You’re the best!
