AC was not cooling. The technicians arrived on time friendly and professional. They were able to repair it in a reasonable amount of time. Justin and his assistant were great! I couldn’t have gotten any better service from anywhere else. Service: A/C system repair
Eden was on time and very knowledgeable. I asked him before he left for his name personally so I could call him other service at our rental properties. He knew his stuff wasn’t put out by customer questions or concerns and gave us the type of service we expect and that we all seem to struggle to find nowadays. Definitely would recommend this company for AC repair/service /maintenance if Barkers other employees are anything like the technician we had today!!
This is easily the easiest review I have ever done. First of all, Matthew Hill, my technician, was top notch. His professionalism, efficiency, and competence are exemplary. He diagnosed, evaluated, and completed the repair work on my AC in 20 minutes. ( That includes 5 minute drive time to home.) This all happened on the 4th of July weekend. I am very pleased with company. They have made me a customer for life and will be servicing all of my properties. I would strongly recommend giving Barker and opportunity to earn your business.
