So I called about their membership and opted for the monthly subscription instead of every six months. The first available date for a check up was several months away but I took the first one I could get with a time frame of 8:00-10:00 a.m. No show and No call so I called and was advised he may be able to get to me by noon. I canceled the appointment and my monthly fee and asked for at least a partial refund. I was refused any type of refund, glad I didn’t sign up for six months. I was contacted by this company after they read my review. They agreed to refund the monthly fees that were charged. Thanks for making it right.
Our old HVAC unit went down on us this past Thursday while at home with a 3 week old baby in this Texas heat! I called Malek for help and they went above and beyond to get us a new system the very next morning!!! Excellent service and very professional!
