So I called about their membership and opted for the monthly subscription instead of every six months. The first available date for a check up was several months away but I took the first one I could get with a time frame of 8:00-10:00 a.m. No show and No call so I called and was advised he may be able to get to me by noon. I canceled the appointment and my monthly fee and asked for at least a partial refund. I was refused any type of refund, glad I didn’t sign up for six months. I was contacted by this company after they read my review. They agreed to refund the monthly fees that were charged. Thanks for making it right.
The whole experience was excellent! The sales representative was very knowledgeable and professional. No pressure and several options for my needs. The installers were friendly, professional, accommodating and made sure they cleaned up everything that they worked with. We are very thankful for Malek sending out such a knowledgeable and professional technician like Travis. Our A/C went out on a July 31st and Malek sent Travis out the same day around 7:30 pm. By 10:00 pm our A/C was up and running. Come to find out our A/C unit was 17 years old and we were in dire need of a new unit. By the end of the night not only was our A/C running to keep us cool in this Texas heat but Travis had talk to management and had a new A/C system ready for us the next week. Travis went above and beyond for excellent customer service. When Travis and his crew arrived they went straight to work and tightened up our ducking and cut a new A/C vent in for us in our master closet. There expertise, knowledge and professionalism was at work and had our old system out and new system running within couple of hours. They answered all my questions and concerns I had.
