Bass Plumbing installed a new hot water heater in my home two years ago and it has not worked correctly ever since. They come out and look at it and disappear for a couple of months until we call them out again, never actually fixing the problem. This has gone on for almost two years!!!
Bass Plumbing was the third plumber that we had out. The first two missed the problem completely. Chris did an outstanding job of diagnosing what was wrong with our hot water heater and we finally have hot water in our master bathroom again.
Over the past 14 years Bass Plumbing has been on my speed dial. Of all businesses in town I've relied on I don't think there's been a single one I've needed more than Bass, and there's definitely not one I could sing louder praises for. Scott and Shannon Carroll and their team are everything you need from a contractor...prompt, courteous, thorough, professional....there simply isn't anyone better.
