Because of the tornado yesterday, May 23, 2023, we had our downstairs A/C unit stop running. I called around 7pm to see if I could get a service personnel out. I got a prompt answer, and they could come out the next day. Mr. Ernest Lopez came to check out why my downstairs A/C was not running. It turns out it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He did a professional and thorough inspection before deciding where the problem was. He installed the Honeywell Thermostat after getting my approval. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. I have been using this company for over four years, and each time, they have been thorough and professional. Did a very good installation of my new ac system. Worked very hard until the job was complete which was done in a timely manner. No mess left behind. Everything is working great. I’m very happy with this company overall.
Highly recommend these guys for maintenance & repair. I switched to them about 4 years ago. They always remind you when you are due for maintenance. Both times I needed them for repair a service tech was out within hours. Techs are very efficient, courteous and on time- give you a run down on status and recommended actions.
