I can’t say enough good things about airloom and our tech Daniel. If you are looking for an honest company that goes the extra mile for their customers without nickel and dimeing them to death you need to call Airloom right now!!!! I have had numerous a/c companies out to maintenance and care for our HVAC since 2016. This is the first company and tech to figure out our issue. On average our home runs very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. So this is what impressed me, he provided a temporary solution which cooled our house down by 8 degrees immediately during the hottest part of the day, and then explained the permanent repair and how we can get that done. These folks are fantastic. I submitted an online inquiry expecting to hear back in a day or two. Got a text response an hour and half later. Explained my situation and asked how soon they could get someone out to help out. They offered some free advice over the phone that got me temporarily taken care of and had a tech on my doorstep at 9 the next morning. They gave me lots of options for repair and replacement walking me through pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured one way or another and genuinely felt consulted rather than condescended to.
