We discovered our AC wasn't working upstairs, at bedtime. I called Allied and they had someone here first thing in the morning. Right on time. Quick, concise and reasonably priced! They verified that the part was covered by insurance and I would definitely use them again.

I called originally to get a quote on a new system as mine was showing signs of quitting fairly soon. John Bartlett was the tech from Allied who pointed out that the system is in pretty good shape, did some diagnostics and made some modifications in drain lines and furnace housing that made water drainage work correctly and reduced noise.
