Pipe busted at 11a.m. this morning; called Greg and within the hour he sent out Brandon and Chase. Epic guys! They found the issue, fixed it, and had my water back on in a few hours. Brandon explained everything. They will definitely be my go to plumbers from now on!
I have been having one of the worst weeks as a home owner ever. My water heater somehow super heated and didnt drain outside like it was designed to. No, instead the pipping got so hot that it started melting and leaking. I had a waterfall in my living room and kitchen. I called priority plumbing to come out and take care of the repairs. Greg (the owner) worked with me on getting his team out to me. His prices for work and equipment were more than fair. When Brandon and Chase arrived, honestly it was like seeing old friends again. They were so personable, friendly, taking the time to educate and explain what they were doing and why as well confirm any work prior to doing it. I am so grateful for finding them. These guys are the best - Professional and offer great pricing and quality of work. Most of all, Honest and respectful!!! NEW UPDATE - better late then never** 2nd year in a row (2023) we had a pipe/water issue with the cold temps. 2nd time the great people at Priority Plumbing helped us and are a class act. Second to none. Professional, prompt. This was on Christmas eve, they mobilized and took care of us. Amazing folks! Greg at PP is awesome as well, Brandon as well.
