The installation and testing went extremely well. Each one of your personnel was exceptional at his respective job. They performed their jobs professionally in the hottest conditions. You should be very proud of your employees. I highly recommend Grasten Power Technologies.
Chris Treon, service technician, did a great job with our semi-annual maintenance service visit. Nice guy and he patiently answered all my questions, and explained things. The generator works like a charm doing what it supposed to do and is there when we need it.
McKay came out today and did our Bi Annual Service.. He checked the system out properly checked out operation of the automatic transfer switch, checked proper output, battery condition, changed the spark plugs and oil and filter and changed the air filter.. He was very thorough.. Thanks for a job well done.
