Kirby & Adrian were the pad crew that delivered and set up the pad and generator. They were awesome. My overall experience with Grasten has been exceptional. I highly recommend choosing this company for your backup generator because they are highly knowledgeable, they do remote monitoring of the equipment, and know who you are when you call them. Great local company.
My tech, Austin May was very informative and helpful in not only answering my questions, but ensuring I was satisfied with the service. He called prior to alert me he was on his way and he was respectful and professional. I would prefer that Austin be my Generator tech for the foreseeable future.
Generator was due for yearly service. Serviceman called to say he would arrive in about 20 and he did. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to due. Besides changing oil, filter, and plugs he checked to make sure it would start on loss of power. He ask if we had any questions before he left.
